The fulfillment of social service 116/2015 is established in the Law, Labor Code and the Decree 326 and the change of labor position in resolution 8/2013 of the Department Of Labor and social security.
Social service consists in the compliance with one's duties of the graduates of daytime courses, that the knowledge in the superior level and professional educational technician, to put them in terms of the society in accordance with planning and priorities of the cost-reducing and social development are enough.
Social service has a duration of three years and it combines with the active military service, so the sum of both completes the three years and it comes true at the place and work in the entity the graduate destines himself to.
When the transfer of a graduate once an organ was assigned to, organism, national organization proves to be necessary, superior directing organization or other entities for the fulfillment of social service, toward another one, submits to the approval of the authorities that assigned it, from the conformity of both organs, organisms, national organizations or superior directing organizations or other entities.
In the cases of internal transfers, approval submits to the boss of the organ, organism, national organization, superior directing organization, or other entities or in who this delegate, where the graduate was assigned.
