From Sunday, March 10, summer time will come into force in Cuba, so at midnight on Saturday the 9th, the hands of the clocks must be moved forward one hour, thus ending the current normal time.
With this decision, we will obtain not only a reduction in electricity consumption for lighting, but also that by moving by one hour the moment in which we begin to turn on the lights, the demand for electricity for cooking will no longer coincide to a large extent. of food with that of lighting.
It is important to reiterate that everything we do to achieve a more rational use of energy will benefit ourselves and the country's economy.
