Out of the installation:
Delivering the computer on behalf of Young intervening Club the Annex 1, signed for the Main Specialist, Municipal Director and the customer, where the data of all the internal and external components reflect.
The young Club guarantees maintenance and bringing up to date of the computer, every 100 working hours of the same.
The customer transports the midway and he is the maximum person in charge of the integrity of all the components of the computer in the course of deal of the service.
Within the installation:
The customer makes out the request of the service with a period of 5 working days, previous on the date of start of the same.
In the event the customer presents any situation that prevents from consuming the service to the agreed hour, should notify it to Young Club with 24 hours of precedence. Solo in these cases the service will be modified of schedule.
In case of no presentation or notification on behalf of the customer at the moment of start of the service, the customer loses time that passed of the hours spared to his presentation, without right to recover them.
Natural persons:
Solo volunteers this service within Young Club's installation.
The customer to receive the leasing service of computers, reserve with 24 hours of precedence, the schedule, time and quantity of machines.
In the event that there is some inconvenience on behalf of Young Club, justification will notify itself to the customer before 5 o'clock previous of the reserve.
In the event the customer does not show up he loses the right of the reserve after a (1) hour, posterior to the agreed hour.
Fix a price: 10,00 CUP per hour, according to what's approved in the resolution in use of the Ministry Of Communications.
