Within the installation:

The customer makes out the request of the service with a period of 5 working days, previous on the date of start of the same.
In the event the customer presents any situation that prevents from consuming the service to the agreed hour, should notify it to Young Club with 24 hours of precedence. Solo in these cases the service will be modified of schedule.
In case of no presentation or notification on behalf of the customer at the moment of start of the service, the customer loses time that passed of the hours spared to his presentation, without right to recover them.

Natural persons:

Solo volunteers this service within Young Club's installation.
The customer to receive the leasing service of computers, reserve with 24 hours of precedence, the schedule, time and quantity of machines.
In the event that there is some inconvenience on behalf of Young Club, justification will notify itself to the customer before 5 o'clock previous of the reserve.
In the event the customer does not show up he loses the right of the reserve after a (1) hour, posterior to the agreed hour.

Fix a price: 10,00 CUP per hour, according to what's approved in the resolution in use of the Ministry Of Communications.

He puts on at the service of the customer one or several Young Club's sites for the realization of meetings, workshops, events or other similar activities.

b) The service borrows himself for determined periods and he does not include the leasing of the sites.
c) The sites destined to this service should have good structural conditions for their utilization.
d) The boss of the installation registers, in the Module of Control of Servicios (MCS), all locals destined to render this service previously
e) If it is asked by the customer, the following is included in the service:

Counsel on behalf of the instructor
Team for presentations (Datashow, TV, another one)
Necessary furniture.

f) If the customer requests other means or instructors, in addition to the included in the previous clause, this will pay for the corresponding rest rooms, according to the own tariffs of these.
g) When the solicited the service, the instructor shows the customer the conditions of the site with the media.
h) The instructor will make delivery and I welcome of the site, by means of the Record of delivery of site the customer to the customer, I annex 1.
